Doctor Dough was born during the pandemic and subsequent lockdowns. Unable to find pizza dough at the grocery store / super market, the Doctor got busy making his own. Lo and behold, the Doctor's wife, kid and anyone else we fed became obsessed with our dough.

After perfecting the recipe, we decided to share our love of homemade pizza with YOU! Now, you too can have a New York-style pizza, complete with puffy edges and spotted underside, from your home oven.  And, you can do it with almost no special equipment! 

Is it too soon to say "you're welcome?" We think not.
